Mobile Bodywork: Hands-On Therapy, Delivered to Your Door

No office. No waiting rooms. No rushing to an appointment. Just effective, feel-good therapy—right where you are.

I bring craniosacral, fascial, and lymphatic therapies to your home, so you can fully relax and get the most out of your session.

how it works

  • I come to you—whether you’re at home, in a cozy Airbnb, or somewhere else within my travel area.
  • Sessions happen on a treatment table (which I bring). You just need a quiet space to relax.
  • Wear comfy clothes—no need to undress.
  • I tailor the session to your body’s needs—blending CFT + MLD for deep relief and flow.
  • Expect deep relaxation—people often feel lighter, clearer, and more at ease after a session.

Why do I combine CFT with lymphatic work?

Because tight fascia can restrict your lymph flow, and poor lymph flow can keep fascia tight.

Fascial restrictions and lymphatic congestion often go hand in hand. When your fascia is tight, your lymph can’t drain well. And when your lymph isn’t flowing, your body holds onto inflammation and waste, sending a message to your brain to keep fascia tight.

That’s why I integrate CFT + MLD into every session—so your body can unwind AND clear out what it doesn’t need. It’s a game-changer.

Because your lymphatic and fascial systems impact everything, this work can support:

Chronic pain & tension

Sinus congestion & chronic sinus issues

Swelling & fluid retention

Pre-surgical prep & post-surgical recovery

Headaches & migraines

Nervous system regulation

Overall relaxation & well-being

How to support your body pre & post-session

Before Your Session:
  • Drink plenty of water to support lymphatic flow.
  • Avoid caffeine or heavy meals right before.
  • Give yourself time to slow down—this work is best received when you’re not rushing.
after Your Session:
  • Stay hydrated—your body is clearing out waste.
  • Move gently (walk, stretch) to keep things flowing.
  • Some people feel energized, while others feel sleepy—listen to your body.
  • Avoid alcohol or anything taxing on your system for a few hours.
Detox Reactions: What to Expect

Because this work helps your body release stored tension and drain waste, you might experience mild detox effects, including:

  • Increased thirst and urination (fluid is moving).
  • Fatigue or mild soreness (a sign your body is processing).
  • Sinus drainage or extra mucus clearing.
  • Temporary headache or emotional release (things moving out).

These reactions are normal and usually pass quickly. Staying hydrated, resting, and nourishing your body helps ease the process.

⭐️ Client Love:
Brittany has changed my life. After being diagnosed with a neurological condition in 2023, I struggled with crippling migraines that lasted for weeks. Traditional medicine wasn’t an option, so I turned to Brittany for help. The first CFT session was life-changing—I felt tension melt away, and my migraines became more manageable. Brittany’s work on my lymphatics has provided even more pain relief, reduced anxiety and depression, and boosted my energy. My family has been amazed by the results, and we all feel incredibly lucky to have Brittany as part of our healing journey.

Session Options

Every body is different, which is why I don’t do cookie-cutter sessions. I combine Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) based on what your body needs—whether that’s deep fascia release, gentle lymphatic flow, or a mix of both.

Here’s what I offer:

A head-to-toe blend of CFT + MLD, tailored to what your body needs most. Perfect for full-body reset and deep unwinding.

Head, Neck & Face Session

Focused work to release tension, improve drainage, and support nervous system balance. Includes gentle work on the collarbones and upper chest to support lymphatic flow.

  • Offers a quiet and comfortable environment where you can fully relax.

How can i support my body Pre & post-treatment?
  • Hydrate! Drink plenty of water with electrolytes (a pinch of sea salt, lemon, mineral drops, or coconut water) to support your body’s natural detoxification process.
  • Prioritize Rest. Your body does its deepest healing during sleep.
  • Support Detox Pathways. Help your body eliminate waste by ensuring you’re peeing, pooping, sweating, and breathing deeply.
  • Take it Easy. If possible, avoid over-scheduling and allow time to relax after your session.
  • Trust Your Body! Everyone responds differently to the work. Whether you feel immediate relief or more gradual changes, your body is working toward greater balance and ease.
What should i expect?

Your session is designed to be as relaxing and effective as possible. Here’s what you can expect before, during, and after your treatment:

Before Your Session

  • I will arrive at your location and set up the treatment table in your designated space.
  • We’ll have a brief check-in to discuss your history, concerns, goals, and any specific needs for the session.
  • You’ll remain fully clothed, so be sure to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for movement.

During Your Session

  • Gentle Touch. You’ll experience slow, light-touch techniques. The work may feel like gentle holds, slow stretches, or rhythmic movements.
  • Deep Relaxation. Many clients enter a meditative state or fall asleep as their nervous system shifts into rest-and-repair mode.
  • Subtle Sensations. These sensations signal shifts in the fascia, nervous system, and fluid flow. Some common ones include:
    • Warmth or tingling–as circulation improves and energy moves through areas that were previously restricted.
    • Wave-like motion–a sense of internal unwinding or rhythmic pulsing as the body releases tension.
    • Lightness or a floating sensation–a deep sense of relaxation as the nervous system shifts into a parasympathetic state.
    • Small twitches–an indication that restrictions are letting go and tissues are reorganizing.
    • Softening or releasing–signaling the release of tension or a shift from stress to relaxation.
    • Emotional shifts–some clients may feel a sense of relief, clarity, or even an unexpected emotional release as stored tension dissolves or stagnation begins to flow.

After Your Session

Wrapping Up: I’ll take a few moments to check in with you, answer any questions, and offer any insights from the session. If needed, I may provide simple self-care suggestions to help you extend the benefits of the work.

Immediate Effects: Many clients feel lighter, more relaxed, and experience improved mobility or mental clarity. Some may feel energized while others feel the need to rest. You may notice an increase in sensations as your body adjusts to the changes.

Ongoing Shifts: Changes may unfold over the next 24-48 hours. You might notice improvements in sleep, digestion, pain levels, or emotional well-being. Some clients experience a delayed release of tension, so pay attention to how your body feels in the days following.

Be Aware of Possible Detox Reactions. Since therapy stimulates the release of toxins, it’s possible to experience temporary detox symptoms such as:

  • Fatigue
  • Headache
  • Brain-fog
  • Flu-like symptoms
  • Skin eruptions
  • Runny nose, increased urination or change in bowel movements

If you do experience detox symptoms, this is a sign your body is clearing out waste. Support your body with hydration and rest and you should feel so much better on the other side!
