My journey into this work began with my own struggles with stress, chronic pain, anxiety and a total sense of disconnect from my body.

Ironically, it was my body that would guide me here, down the fascia rabbit hole and into a practice that empowers me to care for myself and patients in a new way.

Amidst my inner exploration, I found irony yet again. I came to know the power that simultaneous stillness and movement held in restoring balance and vitality. What I mean by this is, in the intentional slowing down, we can tune-in to the dynamic movement happening beneath our skin. This awakening ignited a desire within me to develop a deeper understanding of & connection with myself. It set me forth on a journey of self-discovery, through the one thing that’s stuck with me through it all—my body.

At the core of my work is a deep-rooted passion for helping others reconnect with their innate healing wisdom, too. It’s a journey of transformation that I’m honored to walk with my clients. Whether it’s easing physical discomfort, alleviating emotional tension, or supporting spiritual growth, providing compassionate care and empowering clients to take an embodied approach to wellness is what fuels me.

Cranial, fascial, and lymphatic techniques are the cornerstones of my practice, each offering unique benefits for restoring balance and flow within the body. Craniosacral fascial therapy aims to calm the nervous system while easing tension patterns stored within the fascial system. This creates space in the tissues, where fluid can flow with more ease. Manual lymphatic drainage facilitates the movement of lymphatic fluid, supporting detoxification and immune function. Together, these gentle modalities offer profound benefits by helping to create an inner environment that allows for healing on multiple levels.

Credentials: My background is in nursing, biology and community health. My undergraduate degree is a BS in biology with a minor in community health from SUNY Potsdam. I received my nursing degree from Johns Hopkins University in December of 2015.

My first nursing job was on a critical care unit at my local hospital where I stayed for 5+ years before rounding out my traditional nursing career at an outpatient eye surgery center as a peri-operative nurse.

In 2023 I became Gillespie Approach trained in craniosacral fascial therapy and certified through Klose Training as a manual lymphatic drainage therapist.

In my practice, I combine these therapies as well as other techniques I’ve developed along the way. I currently offer whole-body treatments as well as facial-focused treatments for those who are interested in natural beauty care that takes the entire physical and energetic system into consideration.
