Embodied wellness is an ongoing exploration. More than just a state of feeling good, it’s a recognition of the innate healing wisdom held within the body. Through cranial, fascial, and lymphatic techniques, we’ll redefine wellness as a poetry of sensations, movement, and deeper awareness.
Craniosacral Fascial Therapy
A dance of stillness and movement. Through gentle, intentional and skillful touch, we begin by tuning-in with your body’s primary respiration – the “breathing” brain. We then explore the unique landscape of your fascia, inviting it to release tensions that are blocking fluid, nutrient, oxygen, and energy flow.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
As we open up fascial tissues and create more space in the body, we simultaneously enhance flow and fluid circulation by working with the lymphatic system – the vital system that cleans your body from the inside-out.
